This was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences we’ve ever had.

We confirmed the vehicle was available and told them we were on our way. We drove 30 minutes to the dealership — only to be told after we arrived that the vehicle had already been sold to someone else.

They didn’t call. They didn’t text. They didn’t give us the courtesy of letting us know while we were in transit. They allowed us to drive all the way there knowing full well it was no longer available.

That is a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for a customer’s time. Buying a vehicle is a serious commitment, and the least a dealership can do is communicate honestly and promptly.

If this is how they handle things before you even step into financing, imagine how they operate once they have your money.

We will never be back. If you’re considering doing business here, don’t assume a vehicle is actually yours until you are physically standing next to it — and even then, I’d be cautious.

Purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox, and I love it! Willie and his employee worked with me, and were very professional. I’d definitely recommend.

So easy to work with and very accommodating. Very polite and eager to help. Highly recommend.

Bought a SUV from them with no dash lights and seemingly no problems but just a few days later, problem after problem that I personally had to pay for in repairs. I returned to talk to owner about the issues and he couldn't be bothered to help in any way. Car was already fully paid off at that point. Avoid.
