Qingqi 49cc 2 cycle scooter / moped - like new

elling a running and working 2003 Qingqi QM50QT-3DE scooter. / Moped. This is a 49cc 2 cycle scooter. Since it is less than 50 cc no special licenses are needed. Just an ordinary drivers license. Not really used much. There is even some of the original plastic wrap still on the tail lights and rear directionals. The speedometer shows 1 mile but that’s from me riding it around after tightening the speedometer cable all the way. The engine is clean. There is no grime. The tires look new and there is no body damage so I suspect there is only a few hundred miles on this thing. You would need to apply for one or use without (campground scooter or whatever ) While it does start with a jump it has been sitting for some time and may need the carb cleaned or something. It took me about 2 minutes of cranking to get it to start. One started it seemed to run ok. I have a locking trunk that can be installed on the back rack. Has screws and all mounting hardware.
