Has a salvage title only because it didn't have a generator in it when I bought it I put a 25 gallon hot water heater in its place, have a few minutes the AC in the ceiling needs to be rewired, the refrigerator needs an element you can get it used for about a hundred new for $300 I'm living in it now plan on selling it this weekend and moving out of it you can come over and test it everything's hooked up
