Electric Bass (Slick SLPB)

ATTENTION: I DO NOT SHIP! LOCAL PICKUP ONLY! This is a 2022 Slick SLPB in Surf Green. It's a Precision-style electric bass with a sturdy swamp ash body, rock maple neck, and Indian rosewood fretboard. The instrument and its hardware come aged from the factory for a more punk aesthetic but it's virtually brand new. The original nut was made of plastic and I've upgraded that with a stronger, better-made brass nut. All the other hardware is factory-antiqued brass as well, including the knobs and tuners. The pickups are 13k Slick-branded Alnico V and those use 42 AWG Formvar wiring if you want the specifics. It plays incredibly well, is only slightly heavier than a Mexican or Chinese P-Bass, and stays in tune. The neck is a full-sized 34'' scale length. I really need to get rid of this soon as I'm in some dire straits financially. It's one of my favorite basses I've ever played, but I don't play much anymore and I'm hoping that someone who needs an instrument might be able to get some more use out of it. It would be a fantastic first instrument for a new learner or a side bass for someone who plays and gigs. The strap is a 2 and a half inch wide tumbled Bavarian leather strap with a padded foam interior. The front is vintage black and the back is brown. It's a nice strap and I'll include it at no cost.
