DIMENSION: Sofa: 95”L x 40”W Loveseat: 69” L x 40” W Height of both: 33” with feet on. ‼️ In good condition overall! Just cleaned 🧼. No rips, or anything broken. No weird smells. Loveseat left bottom cushion could be washed again to try and get rid of light stain *SEE PIC and video*. Not major, but one small flaw. Other than that, couch has very minor wear. Cushions are still full and firm. ‼️FCFS ‼️Can deliver for free if within 20 minutes of west valley city storage unit. Anything further will require small fee $10-$50. ‼️CASH ONLY 💵 ‼️All sales are final Let me know if you have any questions!
