Very unprofessional and rude. Spoke with two women, one was a receptionist or worked in sales, I forget her name, and the other was Amanda. The apparent sales manager!! If you don't want to deal with people or work in customer service, you probably shouldn't work at a car dealership!

I have a title for my one trade-in, and I'm thousands of dollars positive equity for my other trade-in with an 800+ credit score. I was looking to purchase a car and follow up on my online trade-in estimate I was given from that dealership.

After speaking with two employees, I realize why they have 2 stars and why I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have other offers and about 20-30 pictures of each vehicle. I was planning on sending over the pics via email or through text to get a more accurate offer on a trade-in before deciding if it was worth driving an hour and a half to your dealership. Glad I called first! Do better.
