I tried to purchase a car from Nation USA Stanford about a month ago, but the car broke down right on the dealership lot before I could even take it home. I had already financed with them, and I’ve been waiting on my money to be returned ever since. It’s now been about a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would caution anyone considering doing business here to be careful.

I spent weeks looking for a car for my 16 year old son. After getting the runaround from several other dealerships and individual sellers, Christian Chang, my salesman, made it as easy as possible. I called and said I need an out the door number, and within 5 minutes I had it back to me. He went out of his way to make it a smooth process, and even drove the car to my local autonation usa dealership so I could complete the sale locally. Highly recommend.

Arianna was so helpful with my car buying process. She made the my whole experience fun and stress free. I’ve had my cx-5 for about a month now and couldn’t be happier! I will defiantly be purchasing through auto nation from here on out!

I sold my car to autonation a few days ago. Carlos and his manager were really helpful and make the process quick and smooth. I Initially got an online offer. Offer was a little higher than expected. So I called them to double check and make sure offer was right since I live an hour away. They asked for some pictures. Sent them. Few minutes later, the manager calls me back with a solid offer. Whole process took 35min or so. Less than an hour, I was on my way back home with a check. It is worth to mention that autonation's offer was the highest I could find amongst other competitors. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to sell your car. Thank you.
