I discovered National Appliance Liquidators through Offerup, and am so glad I did. After inquiring about a Bosch dishwasher that was shown on Offerup, I received a response within minutes, and was asked if I had time to a brief phone call to discuss. I spoke with Lino, and highly recommend you connect with him as well. He is very receptive to concerns, extremely knowledgeable, and ready to give recommendations based on your individual wants & needs. Beyond being extremely knowledgeable about the products they have, Lino showed me a variety of options and has options at every quality level and price point. Lino is respectful of your time and prompt to help you refine your search and weigh your options. I was in and out of the store in what felt like no time at all, and had my dishwasher installed and running nearly silently the next day.

My boyfriend and I needed new dishwashers.  I saw the ad on Marketplace and decided to go take a look.  What an amazing experience!  I highly recommend these guys.  I’ve sent several friends to them and now budgeting for more.  They are knowledgeable, helpful and a great bunch to work with.  Give them a look!  I seriously doubt you will find a better deal or experience

TLDR: Great prices on high-end appliances, and although I initially had a frustrating service experience, the team ultimately resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I’m satisfied with the outcome.

I originally purchased a Liebherr fridge here because of the great pricing and was told it included manufacturer warranty. When my ice maker failed within 7 months, Liebherr declined the service request. At the time, the repair process took months with no resolution, and I left a negative review based on that experience.

Update: After posting my review, the team — especially John — reached out promptly and worked to resolve the issue. Within about two weeks, they addressed my ice maker problem and made things right. I appreciate the follow-through and their effort to take care of the situation.

Overall, the prices are excellent, and while my service experience had some bumps, the resolution was handled well. I’m updating my review to 5 stars for their responsiveness and commitment to fixing the issue. I’ll share more updates here if anything changes, but for now I’m pleased with the outcome.

Great deals and wonderful customer service!  Lino has spent a lot of time helping me figure out what I need and want after I had a flood at home that made me have to get some new appliances and an unplanned remodel. Lino is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I'm SO excited about my Electrolux washer and dryer! He special ordered it and thought it would take a couple weeks, but then he worked some magic and got it to me in less than a week! The delivery and installation guys were great too. I will be calling Lino again when my kitchen is ready for appliances soon.
