Best dealership experience I have ever had. Ray is absolutely awesome, got me approved when nobody else would, did everything he could to get me the best deal, and best of all he even drove to Bonney Lake to pick me up to come get my new truck when I didn't have a ride.

While driving, one of my tires suddenly shredded, and it instantly went completely flat.

Since I couldn’t move the car without damaging the wheel, I had no choice but to pull into the nearby shop.

The staff greeted me so warmly and immediately replaced my tire with a spare. They reassured me when I was extremely worried.

It was raining heavily, and they worked tirelessly in the rain, getting their knees soaked, to change the tire. I was deeply touched by their dedication and kindness.

I regret that I didn’t ask their name, but the person in the photo above is the one who helped us.
I am truly grateful—your kindness brought joy and comfort to my family.
