This is the Inno A 2024 Lithium Battery moped style E bike from HMP bikes, with Upgrades (through HMP Bikes) and Upgraded 60Volt battery that costs 500$ more (was upgraded when it had 850 miles, so new battery only has 150miles or so) that gives you more speed and range instead of the 48Volt one. No license, registeration and insurances required. Listed price on Hmp bikes 2400$ plus 500$ battery upgrade and 150$ accessories installed, 50$ passenger pegs upgrades so I spent around 3100$ for the bike. Very reliable and if any issues there is physical store in Davis and in sanfransisco for issues regarding warranty or repair through HMP bikes. It should have 2 more years of warranty on everything.
