Couch is two years old and lightly used. Super comfy and wide, love that the ottoman can switch sides making it an L shape on either side. Some minor pulls but I can clean that up before pick up so should be negligible. Length is around 89/90” Depth from cushion is 21.5” without cushion 28.5” Ottoman 35” x 35” Pet friendly house.
