Looking for rental home

My wife and I are currently renting a 2bdrm apt in Lakewood. The problem is we're getting to be on the elderly side and we need a 2bdrm house (preferred) so we can have a washer and dryer nearby or a 2bdrm apt WITH washer and dryer. We are exceptional reliable on paying rent (verifiable) on time or before due date. We treat our apt as our very own and are "model tenants" Prefer quiet neighborhood (don't we all?) We would have no problem paying first months rent but would need a little time to pay security deposit in installments. We are on a fixed verifiable income. IF YOUR TIRED OF RENTING YOUR HOME TO LATE PAYERS OR TENANTS WHO DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY AND NEED SOMEONE TO RENT YOUR HOME FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT WORRIES, COMMENT WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER.
