I was sold a car without it passing inspection. Which is ILLEGAL. The whole brake line needed to be replaced and it cost me almost 2000 dollars for all the car needs. When told about this the dealership owner would not take responsibility and blamed the dealer she bought the car from when the inspection was her job to do once she got the car. Waited 2 days for her to put a radio in the car and fix the ac when I bought it, nothing got done. Very irresponsible dealership. Very unprofessional

Lucy at Cutiva cars is really amazing to deal with. I bought a 2012 Tundra that has a salvaged title and I live in Columbia, SC. So when I noticed a grinding and pulling on the front end of my truck after a week of having it home, I messaged Lucy and explained what was happening she was willing to meet me halfway to take my truck and have it looked at. After about a week she had paid over $1200 to fix the problem along with a list of minor issues to make my truck as advertised. It was worth the drive, time and experience to purchase my new truck. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is thinking of buying a used vehicle to talk with Lucy and her associates. They stand behind their word and their vehicles.

Had a wonderful experience working with Lucy to buy a car. She was easy to work with, and eager to help. I was able to work with her over the phone before coming into the dealer to save me lots of time and expense since I live a little ways away. She was true to her word, and even stayed responsive after the sale, while waiting for the title/documents to deliver.

If you want an honest car buying experience, this is the place to go. Luz Cutiva sells cars for a living but she always puts the customer first. She will help you no matter what. I can’t recommend her enough.
