Drove in from a add-on CarGurus showing a Ford Transit for the price of 15,556. After looking at the van and then asking the price they told me it's $20,000 out the door. Ask him what kind of dealer fee and where are they charging they told me $199 for the dealer fee and the 6.5 % sales tax. Then I showed them the ad and they told me oh that's just a price to get people that come in and then they add $2,000 to that price. I asked where this 2000 price add-on comes in and they didn't have an answer and was just told that's how they're told to work the deal and if you were to look the vehicle up on a car value site you would see that the price was higher than what they were advertising it at. So just know this is a waste of your time to come to this location unless you want to pay way over whether advertising for a vehicle that's just giving an oil change for its service at least that's what they told me the only thing that they do to the vehicles from auction.

Absolutelyyy recommend !! Wendy was our first sight and she was so helpful in finding my dream car  and doing the showing the whole staff was absolutely amazing and friendly I also got help with paper work from Desi and Jonathan which he was able to to get the best rate and monthly pricing. Walked out with my dream car and I couldn’t be more happy ! 10/10 Thank you Latino Motors !! 💖

A I and Wendy where so patient is so professional they made me feel very welcome and got the job done. We went through a lot of different steps, but we accomplished it all and I give them five stars. They were so wonderful.

Bad, bad, bad experience very similar to some of the other 1 star reviews. To keep it simple my mom purchased/lease  a car (mind you a very overpriced car for mileage and year of vehicle) after driving the car for less than 2 weeks. The car began giving her some problems and the A/C quit working, after a little back and forth with supposedly "sales manager" he agreed they will look at the car and maintenance the car "good faith" because the car is AS IS, but they have an "implied warranty" that if the car as issues less than 30days bring it back and they will take care of it. After discussing it over with my mom she has decided that financially this car is not good option for her. So I discussed with the guy about the situation possibly come to a resolution to get part of the down payment of $3000+ including $450 for a tag, we never recieved. And she will take the loss of the down payment and they can keep the car. All he did was over talk me and try to tell me we have a legal issue and blah, blah. When they now have the car in their possession and the expectation is we continue to pay for something we don't want or have in our possession. There is so many other things too about this place. It is POORLY managed to say the least. BUYERS BEWARE!

I wish I could put less than a star, but I can’t. I am 48 years old. This is the first time that I’ve heard of a car dealership that won’t allow you to test drive a car without a deposit first. Mind you, this is not a Lamborghini, Ferrari, or Porsche dealership. We’re talking about a buy here pay here used dealership. Stay away unless you’re willing to Fill out paperwork and then pay a deposit to test drive a car.
