Five-Star Experience!

Be very careful with this dealer. When I bought my vehicle from them, the engine only lasted 2 months and barely 2000 miles. They do not offer any kind of guarantee or help in these cases and only allude to bad luck. The cars may look nice, but they are reconditioned from auctions. I would not recommend them at all. I wasted my money, time and energy with them. I hope you can read this before making a purchase decision and the same thing that happened to me does not happen to you.

I am very pleased with my decision to have purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma. About a week ago a came to this lot looking for a pick up truck. I was approached by the salesmen who asked me what was looking for I told him I was looking for a Toyota Tacoma that I could use for work, since I work as a mobile mechanic I needed a very reliable truck. He said he currently didn’t have any Tacoma’s on the lot but would keep his eye out for one, I exchanged info and gave him my number. I went on about my week looking at other dealerships and private buyers, I was striking out left and right, vehicles didn’t match the description or were salvaged titles, or just completely rusted. A week later I received a call from the salesman at MAC motors who said he just picked up a Tacoma that matches my description, I am happy to say the Tacoma they found for me exceeded my expectations! Took the truck on a test drive, inspected it myself and signed the paper work! Thanks to Dion, Alex, and Gustavo for going above and beyond to help me find the truck I was looking for! Great staff and very transparent I highly recommend this car lot to anyone looking vehicle & I will be recommending this lot to all my friends, thanks again to the staff at Mac Motors!

I was looking for a top end used Dodge Ram Laramie and found it at Mack Motors. Deon and his staffs were transparent, were fair on my trade in, and there was no pressure. I took my Ram for service the next morning to have everything checked. The service advisor complimented on how clean the vehicle was and how well it was maintained. I think I saved approx $4000.00 by buying here, as this vehicle would have been much more at a large dealership. Great job and consider Mack Motors for a great high end used vehicle when looking to purchase.

Mack Motors delivered.  We found my son’s first car.  They provided ease of service and clearly outlined with confidence the quality of service and repairs they completed to ensure a reliable first car for my son.  We were in and out within less than an hour…. And they delivered the car to our home the next day.
