99 Honda Civic Manual Transmission Doesn’t run, possibly needs a head gasket repair or new motor after having a mechanic give the car a diagnostic. The battery is new, fuel pump, fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor, spark plugs and ignition coil are also newly replaced. Everything else about the car works great, it cranks, but won’t start. I’m asking for $1000 or make an offer.
