Description
2 BEAUTIFUL hand painted ceramic (likely a Lupita doll) figurine similar to a piece of Mexican folk art. These figurines are made of clay or ceramic and are known for their vibrant, handcrafted style. They often depict women in traditional dress and can be signed by the artist. This particular style features earthy tones and simple forms and is similar to works by artisans such as Ulla Skogh or Jie Gantofta (Peruvian/Mexican pottery). They are popular collectible and decorative home decor items. This figurine stands approximately 15-1/4" tall and is 7-3/4" wide. It is in great shape, no chips or fleabites.
