1999 Honda Passport

My son bought this and turned it into an overland rig. He worked for a local dealership who helped him do tons of work on it, such as: Engine -Replaced Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, IAC Sensor, Valve Cover Seal, MAF Sensor, Fuel Injector O-Rings, Intake Manifold Hat Gasket, Throttle Body Gasket, Drive Belt Tensioner Pulley, Battery and Alternator. Transmission/Drivetrain -Replaced Passenger CV Axle Suspension/Brakes -Install Lift Kit -Replaced Wheel Lug Studs, Front Ball joints, and Installed Wheel Spacers Cosmetics -Replaced Rear Window Struts and Windshield Wipers It has a V6, 4-wheel drive, a lift, brand new tires (less than 500 miles on them), a sunroof that doesn't leak, and loads of room. The Tires by themselves were $1600.  The engine has 207xxx miles and drives really well, but a week ago he was driving and the transmission overheat light came on. We towed it home and took it to the mechanic and they said the torque converter is going out.   I have driven it a few times since and it drives well, but no lights come on.  I checked the levels on the Transmission fluid and it is good.   I'm asking $2500 OBO
