This must be my sixth car I buy from Memo…
I purchased a 2018 BMW X2 Super clean well kept 1 owner. Memo Store Manager gave me a sweet deal I couldn’t pass up. Got a purchase order and went straight to my Credit Union, came back and paperwork was ready for me to signed an  it was washed up ready to go. I was in and out in less than an hour. These guys are straight forward, honest and speedy service.

This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased/financed a vehicle and by far this was the fastest and smoothest process without the constant hassle of continuously having to decline additional products that we don’t need. I get it, it’s a sales rep’s job to upsell but sometimes we just want to go in, purchase the car we have been looking into and go on our way. Our sales rep Gus made this process 10000% easier and was completely transparent. He was upfront with us and straight to the point, we test drove, talked numbers and before I knew it I was signing on my 2016 Chevy Traverse. I absolutely loved the whole process and it’s definitely improved my impression on buying used vehicles. I always hated going in because of the HOURS they take just to purchase a car. I will definitely return if we are in need of another vehicle and I would definitely recommend asking for Gus because he will make sure you leave happy without making you spend the whole day at a dealership!

Picked up a 2013 Audi A3 from here about a month ago, very professional and trustworthy for a smaller dealership, definitely recommend  checking them out if you're looking for a great deal

Gus, memo and Bryan went above and beyond expectation. Gus and the men are all for the people I got a chance to witness this firsthand with other as well. When it came to the actual process of signing and whipping up a deal it was so smooth no going back and forth like other dealers my God it was a great experience for me and my wife. We got a great deal on a ford explore 2017. I will be definitely visiting that place again. I’m so thankful for Bryan how cared for our kids gave them crayons And coloring books cookies and put on a movie for them. I’m so thankful 🙏

gus and the owner are super manipulative people and sold me a car that was flooded and/or had the engine swapped. when i test drove the car, it ran good for the most part. no leaks, smoking, rattling, or hissing. car handled great and felt like a solid car. no obd codes or lights were on during the test drive and car fax were clean.

worked out the deal and drove off the lot with the car.

after driving 15 miles started noticing strange electrical problems. check engine light would go off and on every few minutes, cruise control would flash on and off, lights in the car would flash. also the engine started bogging really bad after about 4k-4.5k rpms. NONE OF THIS WAS PRESENT DURING THE TEST DRIVE.

the next day i took the car back to them and tried to talk to gus about getting the money i put down back. at first they said they were only going to keep $750 from the initial down payment. after gus made the contract another $500 fee was tacked on. to get myself out of a lemon i agreed to it.

These guys are shady and not good people to do buisness with. buying a car can be an emotional process and they will take advantage of you during said process! steer clear and buy private seller versus this sketchy small dealership! if i could give -5 stars i would.
