This is a great amp. I’ve had a couple of these before. I had bought this amp to use for a live show out of town with an old friend. I didn’t want to lug around my 2x12 so I found this. It works great and like it should. It was more than enough to keep up with my band. I have made a few modifications. The handle was torn beyond repair so I replaced it with a good quality black and gold handle. It’s very strong and good quality. I have replaced the old plastic input jack with a new metal Switchcraft jack. Works great and will for years! I have also replaced all of the gold knobs except for 4 of them as the set I purchased came with 20 knobs. They all work great. I have replaced the Marshall 12ax7 tube with a new JJ ECC83. Other than that, it’s all original and works great. Classic Marshall sound (with a G12 100 Celestion) and really loud when you need it to be. As for the majority of these amps these days, I do not have the foot switch. They can be found online though. I just didn’t need to buy one. I would like to keep it but I’ve gotten a new job and will not have time to play for a good while so I’m letting it go. Please send reasonable offers. I’m not hard pressed to sell it but would like it to go to a good home.
