We got it from offerup itself ( was in two home before us ) when our baby was 2 month old but he didn’t like being in snoo cause of swaddling which he wasn’t used to. But just in one week it stopped working we opened it to change o rings and fix it ourselves but failed. It needs new snoo safety clips which I am guessing as it keep saying the snoo sack clips isn’t engaged. You may find them on snoo website for $65. We have o ring kit and 7 snoo sacks included
