Let me start by saying, I hate car shopping! BUT,  Andy and Debra were great.  They gave me a straight answer on the price and sent me the breakdown. No hidden cost! We traveled down (100 miles) to look at the truck, liked it but had a small issue.  Andy immediately ordered and replaced the parts.
