PENDING: Two seater couch plus chair $350 for both! Dimensions of couch: 60 L x 36 W x 35 H (height of whole couch) x 19.5 H (height from floor to seat cushions) Dimensions of chair: 33.5 L x 36 W x 35 H (height of whole couch) x 19.5 (height from floor to seat cushions) Only used for one year. Originally bought for $800. Pet home but smoke free. Will be thoroughly vacuumed before sold. Dark turquoise/blue color with wooden legs. Pick up only in East Portland (no delivery)! No rips or tears. Left inner arm rest has some slight damage (hard to explain but feels like part of the wall of the arm chair fell?) but it doesn’t mess up any structure of the couch and you can’t tell there’s any difference compared to other side.
