I celebrated buying my car with ZAG a few months ago. My advice to anyone considering buying with ZAG would be to take the car to your dealer for a thorough diagnosis before making any payment. My car has given me numerous problems, and the last piece of advice I received was to go to Nissan for a software update, which turned out to be untrue. The car wobbles significantly at 60 km/h, and I have had to call for roadside assistance multiple times due to stalling. I took my car for inspection and received a quotation of $2400 for a replacement of the  Serpentine Belt, Low pads and resurface of rotors, engine filters and cabin air filter. Despite these issues, I'm happy to say that I had an excellent sales experience and want to thank Daniel for his outstanding assistance in helping me find my first perfect ride but all my efforts to try and reach out to management where blocked.

They were really nice and cognizant of my time. Zag also was really wanting to help me find another car that I would have no down payment however I just had my heart set on one car. I didn't buy only because I want to wait until I can have the car I want. :) I will be back the cars seem too be in good condition. I trust that they are honorable beings that ZAG is a preferred dealer for Capitol One Car loans.
