I hadn't even opened an account yet, for my very new mobile mechanic business,  and they were kind enough to throw me a large resellers discount.  This enabled me to up sale my customer,  yet still provide the an awesome opportunity for my customer to save money while contributing to my bottom line.

On top of that.... they had the part in stock right here in town!!! I was able to pick up parts and complete my Emergency Roadside Service in a timely and profitable fashion.  And that made me look good!!!

All together,  I'd have to say this parts house just cares!!! I won't even mention taking cores 7 minutes before they close with a smile.

My coronado got the fender and bumper ripped off at the loves truck stop. Brought it to Premier for the body shop repairs. Rockne the body shop supervisor was very accomodating, friendly, and polite. They wasted no time getting the parts ordered and got my truck in and out of the shop as quickly as he could. Paint match was excellent. Friendly, timely, and quality work.

I can't believe it, they got my 650k mile 2018 Cascadia to ride down the road like a brand new truck.  Came in to have both of the tie-rods replaced, same with drag link off the pitman arm, all just before doing a 3-axle alignment and DOT annual inspection.  I drove it across state after this to get my new steer tires installed, and this truck felt so tight going the distance.  It was shocking!

Brooke did an awesome job of handling my concerns and relaying information back.  The shop did something to my truck which made it felt enjoyably smooth to drive again, and the parts guys were helpful in finding me some backup parts before I left.  They did it all in a reasonable time, and treating me fairly in the bill department.  I have other big projects ahead, I'll be making plans to have the work done at this Portland location.  I recommend this place.
From my doggie, Loco, and myself..we sincerely thank you all for fixing up our ride!  The newfound comfort was much needed.

I’m very pleased with working with Robert at PTG of Portland. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my truck and also helpful information with other things like getting the insurance and other things. He was okay with keeping my truck on their property for about 2 weeks until I was able to get the paperwork done. I’m very grateful to have worked with him

Bad service, have a guys the name Darryl, he can sell you a wrong truck part even with the VIN number, Then I went back to make the return, they don't accept the return, so I was at a loss, I bought another correct part and I ended up with the wrong part too, I don't recommend this company or this seller.
