(Feel free to send offers) Got 2 worn tires on rims but got brand new replacement tread/tire. The black frame has the axle bolts and handle bar bolts. The red frame just has the handle bars and the Main frame no bolts/hardware. I have a 212cc with a bigger carb jet with a cone air filter and a zip tie on the governor spring to bypass governor(zip tie can be removed). Also has oil filters but the engine has been sitting for a while but does already have a clutch.Has stock exhaust. Also tire for the black mini bike has sprocket.
