I'm selling my own BMW 3 Series convertible SULEV (yeah, it's way faster than your regular 328). The car's in pristine condition, even smells new inside. At the last BMW service, I told them to do absolutely everything necessary, and here's what they did: Valve cover with all new gaskets, radiator with all new fluids, new spark plugs, new ignition coils, new injectors, new front and rear brake pads, fresh Mobil 1 0W-30 oil, new tires. P.S. I've poured a lot of money and time into this BMW and wasn't planning on selling it, but plans changed. Clean title, no issues, everything works, no leaks, gas and go.
