The F-150 we purchased had a few issues after the PPI, but Jose and the team promptly and professionally resolved them.

We also got a fair trade-in offer, which made the process even better. Habib the financial director made the process just as smooth—he was transparent, efficient, and made sure we understood everything. The only downside was having to add the anti-theft device that is sold on every vehicle they have, which wasn’t ideal, but overall, the experience was positive.
