Restored Mako 231

1987 Mako 231 with 2012 Mercury optimax 250hp. I am the second owner and started restoring this boat after I purchased it in 2013. Fuel tank tested and cleaned. Transom replaced and poured with composite Arjay. All new pumps, plumbing, wiring, electronics, steering, trim tabs, bracket, and ttop vinyl since I’ve owned it. I added an A&J flotation engine bracket which opens up the deck and provides lots of extra space for fishing and diving. The bracket has a mount for the included Garelick 4 step ladder that mounts conveniently in the starboard gunwhale. 3 forward fish boxes, forward seating and anchor storage. I installed 4 mate brand rod/cup holders in the bow. Console opens up and has tons of space inside for storage. Leaning post holds a 70qt igloo cooler(included). 2 aft lift out fish boxes, and in deck livewell. Storage compartments in the electronics box, under the leaning post cushion and on the right side of the console. Mercury 55 function gauge. Garmin 740s fishfinder/gps. Blue led interior lights. Led flood lights on the ttop, new vinyl, and it has provisions for outriggers. 6 rod holders in the gunwhales for trolling. 4 more rod holders in the rocket launcher. Raw water wash down. Bennett electric trim tabs. Clarion stereo with alpine type r speakers and subs with Polk marine amp. New batteries and cables in 2017 relocated to under the console. Engine: 2012 Mercury optimax 250hp(purchased used in 2014) and rev 4 prop - lightly loaded the boat will hit 49mph. This engine is extremely fuel efficient. Engine had compressor, injectors, and lower unit replaced under warranty. I replaced the alternator in 2017. All new rigging/gauge/oil tank/prop when I purchased the engine in 2014 Trailer: Trailer completely rebuilt the only thing original is the aluminum beams. Torsion axles, 4 wheel disc brakes, wiring, tongue, and tires replaced in 2013. New LED brake lights and bunks in 2017. This is a turnkey package, nothing needs attention. I regularly fish...
