Great, great pickups for anyone that wants to upgrade their sound. Perfect for classic genres but can really get a nice growl when digging in. Please see linked video for an idea on tones. Per Curtis Novak's website: "Charlie Christian style pickup made to fit in a P Bass! P-90 style bar magnet give nice organic growl and overdrives. The fatter coil gives a fuller/wider tone without a mid peak like the PB-90." These pickups have been professionally installed and removed by an experienced luthier. Screws included.
