I brought my new vehicle into the dealer for a routine maintenance oil change and tire rotation. The service seemed fast and efficient until I started noticing a rattling sound when I reverse the vehicle. I looked under my van and a crossbeam is all crushed in, and touching my exhaust. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership to have them look at the damage. I talked to the service manager and he was very dismissive and told me that I did that to my vehicle I must of hit something while driving. Mind you this is a brand new vehicle that I purchased 6 months ago with only 10,000 miles on it presently, With no damage anywhere on the complete van from front to back besides this cross beam under the vehicle.  I saw another thing if indeed that damage was there when I brought it in, Why was I told that I had a multi point inspection and everything looks great. Something just does not add up here.
They tried to send me on my way without even giving me an estimate on how much it would be to cost. I had to push them to get an estimate made up.  Beware everyone check your vehicles well before you leave the dealership. I find this to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable

I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick XL and had an outstanding experience with my sales people, Alfredo (I didn’t catch his last name), Bill Hughes, and Finance manager Lauren Barrett.
