This TV stand can be stacked on top of each other or laid side by side. You can use it as two large night stands or anything else. I've used it in the kitchen and living room stacked (see 2nd photo). The pieces can be rearranged to your desired look. You must pick up yourself. It can fit in a car. The pieces with the glass doors are a bit heavy. I'd recommend bringing a helper!
