2002 Toyota Corolla

Perfect commuter car! Get you from point a to point B with no hesitation and even excels at it. I inherited the car for my brother, at 171K. I have had the car for about six months and I put just a little over 11,000 miles. Vehicle is currently at 182K and some change. The car currently has new tires, new rear, drum brakes, new front rotors pads, and calipers, inner and outer tie, rods, new valve, cover gasket, new spark, plugs, new PCV valve, new air filter, new exhaust from exhaust header back, includes new catalytic converter. Vehicle has LED headlights high and low beam. LED plate, light bulbs, LED dome light bulb. Vehicle headliner was removed due to aging and sagging. I’ve also included some stylish wheel covers to make it more aesthetically pleasing. The AC works extraordinarily exceptional. For the age, it is ice cold and the heat is very hot. The check engine light is currently on due to the vapor canister. Need to be replaced. Does not affect driving ability at all. I was also told that the vehicle clunk going over bumps due to control arm bushings being dry rotted. Also does not affect the ability to be driven. Needs driver window regulator as well. Needs a little TLC, but overall a very well maintained commuter car that will get you where you need to go even if you did not want to work into it. I have made the switch from 5W – 30 oil, to now 10 W – 30 oil now. The thicker oil has made the cars ability to drive even more pleasurable, it was burning for a while and has significantly and if anything has stopped burning oil due to the switch of thicker oil.
