Item details Vintage from the 1958 Materials: wood, glass, brass, metal This vintage banjo clock is a Seth Thomas. It is in a wood case. It looks like walnut. It has decorative dusty rose, almost a light terra cotta, and gold mirrored glass panels on the front with images of oak leaves and acorns. It has stylized brass braces on each side of the neck, Colonial style finials top and bottom and a convex glass face. It has 4 jewels movement. It winds up counter-clockwise and runs for 8 days. It has a button for fast or slow time. It was made in Germany for SETH THOMAS (Date Stamped 1958 [5803]). This Seth Thomas banjo clock would look fabulous in your Early American, Colonial, country, or 1958 style home. It has a lovely ticking sound. You can just about hear it. This wall clock is in excellent vintage condition. It is working. 24 3/4" X 6 1/4" X 2 5/8".
