The 122 Pcs tool kit and rechargeable screwdriver are new in original packaging, but please note that they have been in storage. To be transparent, I am not sure how the rechargeable battery will hold up after sitting in storage for a few months, but this item has never been opened nor used. However, it does come with an AC adapter. It is probably ok, but I just wanted to mention this. Black Tool bag: tools were lightly used. If you look closely, most of the tools in the bag are in great condition, some are barely used and some never used. All items are being sold as-is as a lot; nothing will be split.
