Worst car buying experience of my life. I was having some issues with my credit being poor, so as a favor to one of my brothers they worked with me. That was cool of them I thought at first, but they bummer is: They sold me a lemon. A got a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Within a month and a half, the car broke down and wouldn't even start. They offered to look at it and charge me for parts. You'd think they'd offer to take care of it fully since they sold me garbage. But no. I'd steer clear of this place; they sell garbage for cars.

My wife and I have been shopping for a Suburban for about 8 months and saw that New Wave Auto had one up for sale about two weeks ago that looked like a great deal so she messaged the dealership to get the details. The salesman, Marcos, was great and answered all of our questions. We live about 7 hours away and made plans to head down the next day to look at the vehicle. My wife and son showed up at New Wave the next day and were very impressed with the vehicle and with the dealership itself - great people that were very helpful! We had a great experience buying the vehicle and Terry, the owner, really went the extra distance to make the sale a pleasant experience! I would absolutely recommend looking at their inventory if you are looking to buy a good used vehicle!
