My husband bought me a Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury red car as my Graduation gift for finishing my college academic journey.   He is accommodating. First, he assisted me when I entered and recommended exactly what I wanted.   Honestly, based on my experience, his service was exceptional. He had the skills and in terms of upgrading the features, he is very good at recommending features which is exactly what I wanted to know about. Overall, I highly recommend him.

My husband and I were on the market for purchasing a family SUV and we are so so grateful for Jason Liu. We went online and found the Yukon of our dreams and called Brotherton right away. Once we went out to view the car, Jason insisted to open the trunk and there was a box of diapers ready to go for us. Jason is not only thoughtful, but he is a very honest guy. He never gave us a hard time and was not after our money. He is out to find the right car that’s in your budget. We highly recommend Brotherton Cadillac to everyone. All their staff are very kind and genuine people!

Brotherton returned our calls and set up a time to check the problem out and today they fixed it, no charge. I am changing my review to 5 stars because mistakes happen and fixing the problem is all that matters. They also cleaned and washed the car, which I appreciate it :)

within a week of buying the car we had a check engine light come on. Took it to our mechanic and it needs very obvious work. Spark plugs, engine igniters, whatnot. It’s going to cost us $3,000+
The worst part was, a few days after buying the car, we tried to put the 3rd row seats down and nothing happened. Took it to a dealer near us and he said they had rats living in the wall of the car, chewing the wires that make the seats go up and down. There’s rat droppings and pee back there.
We’ve tried to have Brotherton help us with this -at least meet us in the middle and so far, just put on hold or told everyone with “power” is busy.
Until we get this resolved I will be taking my review to a 1 star. This is completely unacceptable - not to mention sneaky and deceptive. Brotherton HAD to know at least about the seat issue because they said they detailed the car. How do you detail a car without lifting the seats??

We had such an amazing car buying experience at Brotherton! We came over from Port Orchard based on other reviews I saw and were not disappointed.
Dennis helped us all week online and then Neb helped us in person. Both were so friendly, not pushy at all and very personable. I plan to bring my car back here for oil changes etc and definitely will be looking to purpose future cars here. If I could give 10 stars I would!
