Miguel and Alex(I believe) spent over 2 hours diagnosing and fixing a problem with a car I had bought from them. They didn't charge me anything.

The process of buying the car was fast and painless. Miguel gave us soave, answered all our questions and everything was very straightforward.  He had put on brand new tires, new battery, etc, and had inspected everything.  Most of all they stood behind their sale and we're available when some issues came up.  No charge. Update Dec 17th 2024: your "polite" reply, that's what you should have done in the 1st place. I don't know where you got the 1500$. I never mentioned any price on that...and btw your car is still on your lot. That says something. Who wants a car thats sitting for soo long on the lot now. That's not good for any moving parts that a car has. I bought a 7300$ , year 2010 yaris with a stick shift 2 door hatchback somewhere else in Sept. Be as polite on the phone as you are on your response here and you might find "the right buyer". Thank you very much!

I was just calling to see if dealer would lower price possibly. How rude to interrupt me and tell me iam the wrong customer for the car just because I asked to see if he would lower price. Thats what sales people should expect. You are selling an item..duuhh thats over 70 days at your location. Sure you can "wait for the right person'... my goodness, it was just a simple question.
No other dealership I have experienced did ever do such a thing to me...hanging upon me. He could have just said "No the price is firm, if you would like to come in anyways, i am happy to assist". I called back and said iam still interested.no matter if price is firm or not. I guess he couldn't get over my 1st question if he is willing to lower price. Geez .it was just a question. Spoiled dealer. Don't go there..he has no open ears for any of your questions or requests. He will just interrupt you and not wanting to deal with you anymore. You just lost 3900$, cause I was just asking and was still interested in the car for 3900$!!! I was just wondering and asking thats all. Too bad for you. Good luck finding the "right person ".

And also thanks for NOT giving customers FREE! Car reports. If someone ask you for a free carfax, you send that potential buyer immediately the free carfax but no, you refer them to your website saying."its on your website? ". First of all, in sales you give info immediately,  you dont refer esp. If the info isn't even there. There is no FREE carfax/autocheck on your website. Why would you refer someone to your website for something that isn't there? Again you have no pre sales knowledge of wanting to give info out in a nice, quick and convenient way to your customers. Other dealers website have their carfax reports conveniently on their website.  You may want to look at competitors' websites and see how it's done professionally.  Remember you are representing your company the way you react to your customers and the way you present information about your sale items (cars in your case). Make people wonna buy from you rather than getting pushed away. I mean you are in sales. Don't you wonna sell something here?
