Clean. Great condition. All cushion covers are removable and washable. Non smoking. I recently purchased this couch from its original owner, and it is too soft for my husband's liking. While it is quite cozy, it doesn't provide sufficient support for taller individuals. The couch cushions and frame have no stains or rips. Both homes have been non-smoking. The original owner did not disclose that there are some minor, non-odorous pet stains on the couch cushions beneath the covers. 25 inch height & 41 width Lengths 102” & 127 1/2” Ottoman 34’ squared (from Costco) Earliest to be picked up Friday evening
