Sorry I'm so late with my review. I just wanted to say how happy I am with my purchase of a 2021 Rubicon. I am from out of state and had visited the showroom when I was in town for vacation.  Hunter was showing us around and I was in jeep heaven. This is my 1st Jeep and had lots of questions for Hunter. He was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. I told him I would be ready to purchase in a few months. Fast forward and I had called in to say I was ready to buy. I wanted a couple things changed and Hunter had no problem helping me with the changes. He set up all the papers and delivery things. It was all a very easy and painless process. I greatly appreciate Hunter's help. The whole process was very fast and I received my jeep a couple days early. Right on New Years eve my jeep showed up. What a way to start the year. Love my Jeep ✌️

Great people, great Jeep!
Got my 392 Jeep Rubicon, it had wheels that were not my taste and I wanted a few different touches. They did all the ad-ons as to what I wanted and it turned out great!  Also had a few small issues and they were handled in a timely manner with no questions asked. That's all i could ask for honestly... I read the reviews and was surprised to see a neg review.. I can only say you can't make everyone happy, but i will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.. I never felt pressured and paperwork was fast and easy.. I had a great experience and appreciate all they did for me.

I have been wanting a custom Jeep for years and am so glad I found Black Star Off road. With their help I was able to have the Jeep of my frena built out with all the mods I wanted.

Mike Jenkins is a real stand up guy! I recently purchased a jeep gladiator from him sight unseen. We were able to negotiate everything over the phone and through facetime. When I arrived he had just finished putting a brand new windshield in the jeep...when I asked why?He said there was a tiny chip in the windshield that he did not see when we did the walk around on FaceTime. And because he has integrity he just took care of it! Amazing! Great company highly recommend!
