The Operating System has been freshly loaded so there is zero bloatware on your new machine. We also include the original manufacturer’s charging adapter, we do not sell or provide third party cords (or recommend using them). You will be receiving an original Apple power cord. When you buy a computer from us, we will transfer your files and photos from your old device to your new computer AT NO COST. FREE. We also give you a FREE brand new top brand carrying case/sleeve with your laptop purchase. Brands include TUMI, Targus, Built, HP, Hex and more. Finally, any renewed computer we sell includes a 90 Day No-Hassle Warranty covering parts and labor. Impact, Accidental and Water damage is not covered in our warranty.
