It works sometimes. Don't know if it has a shortage in it. Ur little one can still ride it but don't count on it working. Needs a good cleaning. Wheels show signs of wear. Good for your baby to learn balancing. Used outside. Definitely worn but has plenty of life left. Local pickup, cash only please. No batteries included!
