4 year old Navian 210A tankless natural gas water heater. Excellent working condition, serviced regularly and in great shape. Lifespan of these is an average of 10 years, but can last longer with proper maintenance, which this has had. We upgraded to another Navian to handle a radiant heat floor in our basement, so not needed anymore. This is 120v and currently setup for natural gas but can be switched to propane This unit is suitable for a large house/family with multiple bathrooms in use 265 gallons per hour. These currently retail for $1,600. Located in West Seattle, near Westwood Village.
