HELAL and the team at complete auto were outstanding to work with. Alex is awesome took time with no rush, very thorough and detailed in his knowledge and ability to communicate it. Made me and my family comfortable and confident and the choice for a car for my teenage daughter. -1 Star for selling a car that WOULD NOT pass inspection. It has a broken off wheel stud.
-1 star for exposing me and my children to second hand smoke. (People smoking cigarettes at the front door of the office.)
-1 star for overpriced vehicles, unwilling to really waver on prices to make it a fair market value.
-1 star for needing a balance and alignment especially at the price point it was.(Test drove but not at a high enough speed due to traffic.)

Bought only because we needed a vehicle ASAP. If we could've had the luxury of looking around more we definitely would've went elsewhere.

Alex, Avery, and David were fantastic, very helpful and sold a nice car to me with low mileage and good quality engine. They washed and filled it up before I left and handled the DMV paperwork efficiently for me, so it was a huge help. I got my tags after about 2 weeks and can update the registration online. They have some nice cars on the lot and I think their pricing is fair for make, model, and mileage. I sent a friend of mine to them when she needed a new one.

If I could get zero stars, I would please do not shop at this location. They are the worst. They have been giving me the runaround for the past month doing my application online. I kept calling and calling. They told me they will call me back never called back I had to keep calling them. I dealt with like three people, David Alex, and one of the managers who they call the finance guy very lazy all they wanna do is sit outside and smoke and not really wanna help you. I came to look at a car that would not crank air conditioner would not work Sydney to the shop to get fixed I had appointment to come back to pick up the car on the day that I got there. They told me they had sold the car and tried their best to put me in another car. They didn’t tell me I’ll just see her. It may take another hour we had to run your credit again if I already been approved. For them to do it again they had me sitting there for four hours until I decided to leave still with no car if you see this place, complete auto sales stay far from it. Cars are the worst service is bad.
