Description

This phone booth was purchased at an auction in Denver, Colorado when my mother worked for Mountain Bell Telephone. The phone booth was originally in service at Stapleton Airport In Denver, CO in the 1950s. Stapleton was later closed and replaced by the present Denver International Airport . There’s a date printed on the phone booth that says 1953. The telephone, light and fan are fully functional. The unit can be plugged in and connected to a land line to be used. Interior finish is in pristine condition, glass is intact and polished, and cabinet exterior refinished to match original color and finish.
