They have been taken care of, no major damage just normal wear, the black carrying case does show more wear than the actual binoculars. What is included is the binoculars, carrying case with shoulder strap, 4 Stellar Lens Caps, original lens cleaning cloth and manufacturer photo tag, as shown in photos.
