Warehouse & Sales Associate – Automotive Batteries Company: CBA (Customs, Batteries, Automotive) Location: Salinas, CA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18-$20 per hour + Sales Incentives About Us At CBA, we specialize in automotive customization, battery sales, and recycling. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team and support day-to-day operations in our battery division. Job Responsibilities • Organize, recycle, weigh, and inventory automotive batteries (some batteries weigh up to 80 lbs). • Maintain accurate records of battery inventory, weights, and recycling data. • Assist walk-in customers with battery purchases, including identifying the correct battery for their vehicle. • Answer phone calls and provide customer support regarding battery sales and services. • Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized. Requirements • Ability to safely lift and move batteries up to 80 lbs. • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred). • Strong communication skills (in person and over the phone). • Basic knowledge of automotive batteries is a plus (training will be provided). • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or automotive-related work. • Customer service or retail sales background. • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
