Do not come to this dealership.

They made us drive over two hours after assuring us the car would be ready when we arrived. At the last minute, they informed us the battery was dead. When we got there, the vehicle had not even been washed it was dusty and clearly not prepared for a customer viewing or purchase.

We were told the car would be ready and waiting out front, but that was not the case. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and a complete waste of our time.

On top of that, the customer service was extremely disrespectful. The staff showed little regard for our time or effort after traveling such a long distance. If you’re looking for honesty, professionalism, and good customer service, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

A honest review the car was good just what I wanted with being said the customer service was not good I had to ask for my paperwork which I got from the bank they never gave it to me. The door lock was broken they said they would fix it they lied. But with buying any used car that come with some risk. My experience with this dealer was just ok.

Very Friendly, upfront on the facts of the vehicle we bought, which was a tesla model Y. Made sure the car was charged, worked with us with our pre approved loan from our bank. It was quick and easy.
We'd go to them again.
