30 cubic feet car rooftop bag for carrying cargo. 71” L X 35” W X 20” H Waterproof It comes with an anti slip mat, a lock for the zipper, installation manual, hooks/straps to attach to the doors if your car doesn’t have a roof rack or rails, and yellow ratchet straps, all in original packaging. Never used. Opened and realized it is way too big for my needs. Didn’t even make it on my car or have anything in it. I just waited too long to try it out and the return window closed.
