Handpan/Hangdrum

Mystery handpan/hangdrum, purchased years ago 2nd hand in the same condition I'm listing it in. I know there's a lot of larger percussion companies that make these now(more imitations, the real ones are impossible to find). This sort of sits above those, but not some original from Europe. I don't know much more about this drum, other than it sound great and is fun to play! I think the scale is some sort of 9 note Fmin modal/minor. Think islandy, melodic(not just because it's a steel drum), more happy than dark. There is a serial number of some kind scribed into the instruments underside close to the rim,but through all my research and reaching out to various makers, I can't make sense of it. It's about 2' wide and about 10" thick at most, around 8lbs or so. Pickup in the Avondale neighborhood.
